fun upgrade(block: UpgradeBuilder.() -> Unit): Argument.Result

Creates a Upgrade command.

It requires that the UpgradeBuilder.modules, UpgradeBuilder.dependencies, UpgradeBuilder.packageId, and UpgradeBuilder.upgradeTicket are provided otherwise it will throw an IllegalArgumentException.

Return

The Argument.Result of the command.
